Develop Reservation 13 (DC General campus east of 19th Street SE) immediately
The city and nearby residents worked for years to get a plan in place. Now the plan is stalled. Get moving, DC.

This is such a great opportunity for the city to build its tax base, create jobs and open up all of Capitol Hill to the riverfront. Developers are still interested in building a vibrant mixed use neighborhood. So why are we building a very permanent-looking "temporary" parking lot for the "temporary" uses of the aging DC General buildings?
