   It would be great to establish contacts with those interested in an innovative homeless project...this project was written from Evidence Based Practices...most housing programs are not 'need based projects." Someone secures funding for housing and or services and I am really interested in seeing how those who recieve that funding are really makeing an impact...Soup Kitchens are NOT the answer or cots with bed buds...further more,,,putting a person out in the streets at 7 am to wander the streets without a day program in place is sheer idiotic...when ever there is a natural disaster, the Arny Corps of Engineers can resurect a city in as little as 3-4 days complete with hospitals, headquaters and barracks....why can we not apply the same interest with the disadvantage? Homelessness is becomming criminalized...without a mailing address, one cannot get an Gov. Issued ID, or a Job and/ or benefits...Most of us are only one pay check away from seeing the streets...Let's mobilized regarding housing and have our voices HEARD!
