    Yeah, MD and Virginia have large parking lots and Montgomery County builds Public Parking Lots for its Businesses. DC should stop making the greedy Parking Kings rich and build Public Lots that shoppers can actually afford to use and shop in DC. 8 minutes for a quarter is ridiculous. You discourage shopping by trying to be a Parking Ticket Town. Rather, save money by cutting the Parking Ticket staff and building better lots. No one can carry 5 shopping bags on the Metro Easily. We need CARS (Green, Electric Cars should not have to pay any parking fees) to carry our large shopping bags from DC Businesses. This will create jobs by increasing revenue for businesses where customers spend more on the store and less on parking.

  3. Allow "Tasers" for Self Defense, so We won't have to buy Guns to defend ourselves

    We need to legalize TASERS for DC residents to protect ourselves. TASERS are legal in 49 states. Why can't DC allow TASERS? I would rather buy a Taser than a Gun, but without Tasers, the Only Choice for Personal Protection is to Buy a Gun. Give DC Citizens a Safer Choice, TASERS Not GUNS! Change the Law. Allow TASERS!

  5. Survey and map what outreach programs DC houses of worship have - so we know what help is available and where. Work on what is missing.
