   Grassroots efforts to map social services and programs should collaborate--and work with updated 211! So much energy is being exerted in disconnect. Www.thebridgeprojectdc.org has been working on this for a few years. If we can all find away to share information and support each other--we will make the greatest impact and minimize duplication of efforts.
