1. Cut out the parking zone permit program as it exist. I live in Ward 6, if I want to visit Ward 4 I should not be treated like some tourist.

   I live in Ward 4 and can't get a residential zone parking pass because my street does not participate in the program. There is no parking on my street because it is a busy street, so I can't even partition to get into the program. Therefore, I can't even park in my own ward for more than 2 hours. I dislike the rules of the program.
