   In Eustis Florida our Chamber is considering a new larger location where they would offer incubator space to startup businesses and nonprofits for 1-2 years at a minimal cost. Doing this can help to keep costs down and still give nonprofits/businesses a presence in the community as they're building their client base.

   Here's a link I happened across that is building space-sharing office buildings for nonprofits all over. Looks like it's working and might be worth a phone call.
