    This is a wonderful city wide plan that should be ward by ward. DCRA should do a special hire for the "Clean Inspection Event" it would serve dual purposes; 1.) temporary employment for industry students and credital professionals; 2.) clean eating places for city residence and visitors. Away with DCRA excuses, they don't have enough personel, this a wellness plan for the city eating establishments and consumers. DCRA knows how many establishments they have licensed, and should kept a listing of potential employees for this event, students are always looking for experience.

  3. Give more DC residenst district jobs and provide them training; stop giving waivers to people that don't live in the district.
