   Thank you for these comments. As you may know, DHCD already hosts monthly outreach and educational functions very similar to what you have discussed. Stakeholder lists have been developed and continue to grow. Currently, both the Office of the Tenant Advocate and the Housing Provider Ombudsman host stakeholder events at least twice a year. As Housing Provider Ombudsman, I look forward to continuing to assisting the agency in further expanding the stakeholder list so that all interested parties are aware of the opportunities, win-win solutions and policy innovaitons we have already begun to employ with stakeholders.
