    One City's stats of v low % of residents who are in poverty neglected to research if this was (a) due to %of evictees from their homes; &/or loss of jobs; &/or were 'replaced' by another stat: high % of residents w/ adv.degrees. Why? This seems to reveal city's support of gentrification.

  4. Maintain and expand programs that ensure that DC is truly "One City" for all who live here, regardless of background and country of origin.

  5. Prevent further cuts to services for residents who need them the most, particularly children, residents with disabilities, and seniors.
